Ever since the bad reviews came in for her Broadway show "Therese Raquin", Keira Knightley didn't seem so eager to go into the theater anymore. Or it could be that Keira Knightley is missing her baby girl Edie and her husband James Righton with so much time commitment to the stage.
According to Daily Mail, "[B]efore taking to the stage on Thursday night, Keira Knightley enjoyed some fresh air alongside her playwright mother Sharman MacDonald, carrying little Edie strapped to her chest. The 30-year-old actress looked effortlessly chic during her winter walk around the streets of New York City, sporting a pair of tweed cropped trousers."
Looks like Keira is making every opportunity to spend some quality time with her baby girl Edie.
Keira Knightley may be exhausted from having taken up a gig on Broadway so soon after having her baby girl. The fact that Keira Knightley looked "gaunt" in New York shows just that.
According to Daily Mail, "She is trying to juggle motherhood with a demanding stint on the New York stage. But Keira Knightley's hectic schedule appeared to have caught up with her as she left rehearsals on Tuesday. The Atonement star went make-up free as she left the Studio 54 Theatre where she is appearing in Therese Raquin."
This report is in contrast to the fact that Keira Knightley has "never looked better" even after her baby girl, a string of bad reviews for her Broadway show "Therese Raquin" and even since her wedding to James Righton.
According to Vogue, "Between raising her 3-month-old daughter, Edie, and rehearsing for her Broadway debut in Thérèse Raquin, it's safe to say that weekly blowouts or carefully crafted bombshell waves are hardly topping Keira Knightley's to-do list. And yet, the actress has never looked better."
Maybe it's her choice in clothing and makeup that heavily affects her look.
But that first performance back from opening night, Keira Knightley actually did not look so great as she march into the matinee performance of "Therese Raquin" like a soldier.
According to Daily Mail, "Keira Knightley cut a decidedly drab figure as she strolled around New York looking downcast following mixed reviews about her new play... The Oscar nominated Brit actress... looked a far cry from her usual upbeat self as she stepped out on Sunday."
It looks like all the joys from her wedding and her baby girl was nowhere in sight that morning.
