Dakota Fanning may just be 21, but she definitely has a handle on juggling long distance relationships! Not only is she invested in her boyfriend Jamie Strachan, she is employing Facetime and Instagram to make their relationship as meaningful as she can.

It looks like Dakota Fanning is able to juggle being a rising fashion icon in Hollywood with having a steady boyfriend. By firmly deciding to live in New York, Dakota Fanning has absorbed and now is pioneering her style into her twenties. Also it doesn't hurt that her boyfriend Jamie Strachan is also a model!

According to Daily Mail, "Dakota Fanning opted for the urban chic look on Tuesday while out and about in New York City. The 21-year-old actress wore distressed denim cutoff shorts over black fishnet stockings while walking in the East Village neighborhood."

Dakota Fanning's age has never been a problem for Jamie Strachan, who now has been seeing the actress for more than two years.

According to Daily Mail, "They've been together over two years and look happier than ever. Dakota Fanning, 21, was all smiles as she linked arms with her boyfriend Jamie Strachan, 34, in Soho, NYC on Monday. The former child actress showed off her distinctive style beside her British model beau, who is 13 years her senior."

While "Effie Grey" actress likes to keep her private life separate from her professional one, she does treat herself with an outing with her man every blue moon in New York.

But she isn't the kind to have her boyfriend attached at her hip. She often leaves him to take care of business in Los Angeles, showing that she can do long distance relationships as well.
