'Mortal Kombat X' Kombat Pack 2 Gets Leaked; First Look On Leatherface, Xenomorph And 2 Other New Characters

The "Mortal Kombat" franchise is one of the original game franchises that have years of loyal fans and gamers. Every new game that gets released is always welcomed by new gamers and highly anticipated by longtime gamers.

Four new characters from the "Mortal Kombat X" Kombat Pack 2 were accidentally revealed in a published Youtube video. According to All Games Beta, characters Leatherface from the Texas Chainsaw Massacre films, Xenomorph from the Alien franchise, the classic Mortal Kombat drunken fist character Bo Rai Cho and Tri-Borg, a new cyborg combining Cyrax, Sektor, and Robot Smoke into one character.

The official announcement of the 4 new characters were supposed to be in the evening at The Game Awards, but someone from the company must have accidentally uploaded the video ahead of time on the Youtube Channel.

A screenshot of the characters was taken before the video was taken down and made its rounds on the Internet.

According to IGN, a leaked statement reported that Kombat Pack 2 may be released in the first quarter of 2016.

"Mortal Kombat X" is a fighting video game that is part of the "Mortal Kombal" game series. The gameplay requires one or two players to fight using their selected character in a battle arena. There is a roster of characters to choose from and they usually have a number of special skills and character specific attacks. There are also several game modes such as the 'Tower' modes, first-person mode and story mode as well.

The game can be played in PC, Mac, Playstation 4, Xbox One as well as Android and Apple smartphones.
