‘Pokémon GO’ Release Date, ‘Pokémon Z’ Upgrades Contained In ‘CoroCoro’s’ Dec. 15 Issue?

Will gamers finally find out "Pokémon GO's" official release date and "Pokémon Z" upgrades in the latest issue of "CoroCoro's" magazine?

The Japanese magazine is set to release its newest issue on Dec. 15.

A Yibada report stated that fans of the game series may just receive the best gift from The Pokémon Company this holiday season.

"'Pokémon' fans are likely to unbox the best Christmas gift this December 2015 - the rumored release date of the latest installment in the gaming franchise, the 'Pokémon Z' that likely will be followed by the augmented reality-focused 'Pokémon GO,'" the report dished. "As a big bonus, the 'Pokémon GO' Plus, optimized for AR-centric gaming, will launch at the same time with the latter title."

The report further disclosed that upgrades are expected with the release of "Pokémon Z" as "new batch of characters" are set to arrive, which according to Christian Post will be in two clusters - "Light" and "Cosmic Pokémon."

Still citing a Christian Post report, Yibada shared that "25 new pocket monsters, 25 Mega evolutions and a Spanish-themed region called Ampardo" will be featured in "Pokémon Z." Will this detail be announced as well along with the "Pokémon GO" release date?

In the meantime, Express noted that while more "Pokemon GO" news are being anticipated, "it's currently unknown to what schedule Nintendo, the Pokemon Company and developers Niantic are working to."

The report sounded optimistic that fans will get more meaty details about the new games few days from now, particularly on Dec. 15.

In an earlier report, Express pointed out that while waiting for the release date of "Pokémon GO" and "Pokémon Z," fans of the latest augmented reality game may already start training at The Pokémon Expo Gym in Osaka, Japan which also consists of "all the things needed to get ready for any Pocket Monsters encounters."
