"Far Cry Primal" Release Dates Announced, PC Gamers Will Now Get A Piece Of The Action

"Far Cry Primal" release dates get finalized.

There are a lot of open world rpg games out in the market that are set in the present times, the far future, in fictitional worlds, post-apocalyptic years and even a time a couple of centuries past. The "Far Cry" game franchise has explored these different settings but now enter the gaming scene with an unexplored world.

On Steam, the game is described as "The award-winning Far Cry franchise that stormed the tropics and the Himalayas now enters the original fight for humanity’s survival with its innovative open-world sandbox gameplay, bringing together massive beasts, breathtaking environments, and unpredictable savage encounters.

"Welcome to the Stone Age, a time of extreme danger and limitless adventure, when giant mammoths and sabretooth tigers ruled the Earth and humanity is at the bottom of the food chain. As the last survivor of your hunting group, you will learn to craft a deadly arsenal, fend off fierce predators, and outsmart enemy tribes to conquer the land of Oros and become the Apex Predator. "

Steam reported the latest game updates and noted that the game title for PC will be available one week after its game console version gets launched.

The "Far Cry Primal" release date for Xbox One and Playstation 4 is set on Feb. 23, 2016, while the PC version of the game is set for March 1, 2016.

"Far Cry Primal" is an upcoming action-adventure video game that is developed and published by Ubisoft Montreal and Ubisoft. The game is set during the stone age, the beginning of the Mesolithig period which is 12,000 years before the present time, in the ficitional land of Oros. It is an open world filled with wildlife and long-extinct creatures such as massive mammonths and saber-toothed cats. Players take on the role of Takkar, as he rises to become the leader of a tribe despite starting off as an unarmed armor.
