Patrick Dempsey, who has been rumored to have a silent feud with Ellen Pompeo, is reportedly fixing things between him and his wife Jillian Fink.
In its report, Radar Online shared that this is not an easy reunion as it entails several demands from the latter.
Accordingly, Fink "is willing to give her once-estranged husband a second chance if he honors several non-negotiable demands."
A source even told the outlet that "He's desperately trying to strike a compromise, but Jill is putting her foot down and at this point she says the only way she'll stick around is if he puts her first."
It can be noted that the actor, who used to portray Ellen Pompeo's husband Derek McDreamy in "Grey's Anatomy," is into racing.
The report claimed that "Part of making her number one in his life means never straying again and giving up his all-consuming obsession with racing."
Given these demands, the insider reportedly revealed that the "Enchanted" star is willing to give up this "obsession" since "living without Jillian has been hell and he's terrified of losing her again."
However, the unnamed informant quipped that "It's devastating at the same time, because Patrick saw racing as a huge part of his career as well as his passion."
On the other hand, Ellen Pompeo, who will continue to reprise her role as Dr. Meredith Grey in "Grey's Anatomy" season 12 sans Patrick Dempsey, is allegedly "undergoing a massive physical change," according to Youth Health Mag.
It was observed that the 46-year-old actress is now sporting a new hair style, though, the site dished that "Pompeo had not actually planned to change her hair style."
"She told Into the Gloss that she had accidentally burned her hair and had no other choice but to chop off the damaged portion," the site stated.
Despite the fact that it was never intentional, "the change was welcomed by the show's creator, Shonda Rhimes."
It can be recalled that Patrick Dempsey left Ellen Pompeo in "Grey's Anatomy" season 11.
