Tyson Fury Gets Stripped Of IBF Title; Will He Be Forced To Fight Vyacheslav Glazkof?

The new boxing heavyweight king Tyson Fury just got stripped of his IBF Heavyweight championship belt that he won from Vladimir Klitschko last month after rejecting IBF's mandatory challenger, Vyacheslav Glazkof.

Instead, he decided to exercise his contract option for a rematch with Vladimir Klitschko. IBF, meanwhile, IBF insists that Fury should still fight Glazkof if he wants to retain his title.

According to a report by Nick Parkinson of ESPN.com, Fury's promoter, Mick Hennessy, isn't pleased at all with their decision to strip their fighter of his recently earned title.

"They shouldn't be doing that and as far as I'm concerned if they want to hustle and bully Tyson into fighting Glazkov, Tyson will end up putting the belt in the bin at a major press conference...If they force Tyson to fight Glazkov, it will not happen. Glazkov means nothing, he has zero value."

On another note, Fury once again threw some barbs against the former champ, this time by saying he is a devil worshipper. This is simply an indication that Fury wants to get in his nerves and wouldn't want to fight anybody else other than Klitschko.

"To be honest with you, I know Klitschko is a devil worshipper," Fury told the Daily Mail via Opening Round. "You can go on YouTube and watch him playing with magic and all that sort of stuff, Wladimir, and all these rock stars and singers and these famous people, it's common knowledge that they are all involved in a cult group of Satan worshippers and all that sort of stuff."

"A man who does evil things and worships an evil one, how can he win over a man who wants to do good things and preach good stuff? It ain't going to happen," Fury said. "He can't beat me now. Now I know what he is, a devil worshipper, I know he has no chance of beating me."
