Quentin Tarantino Expressed His Review For ‘Star Wars: The Force Awakens’; He Doesn’t Like It?

It is the weekend for Star Wars fans to rejoice as after having a deal with Disney, the intergalactic series is back in the big screen for episode seven of the saga in "Star Wars: The Force Awakens."

In line with this, different people express their opinions on what they think about the film as a review for the film.

In a report by Deadline, director Quentin Tarantino was loud and proud to broadcast his own review and what he thinks about the new "Star Wars: The Force Awakens," particularly Disney.

According to the report, Tarantino went on the Howard Stern Show and expressed his disappointment toward Arclight Cinemas that pushed the showing of his 70MM presentation of "The Hateful Eight" because of the "Star Wars" screening.

"It was real bad news and it f-cking pissed me off," Tarantino said. "They are going out of their way to f-ck me."

As stated in another report by Hit Fix, Tarantino accused Disney of extortion after the said company tried to pull all the "Star Wars" showing in all ArcLight locations if they would honor the agreement the director and ArcLight already had for "The Hateful Eight."

"We were gonna play at the Cinerama Dome on the 25th," the upset director said about the showing of "Star Wars: The Force Awakens." We were gonna open there and play there exclusively for two weeks. And 'Star Wars' was gonna play the two weeks before us. And I grew up in Los Angeles, so I think of the Cinerama Dome as a real big deal and imagine seeing it at the Cinerama Dome. So the thing about it was, Disney, who owns 'Star Wars,' decided 'well, you know what? Maybe we wanna play throughout the entire holiday season.' So we're gonna go to the Cinerama Dome and say that they can't honor their contract with us to show the 'Hateful Eight.'"

"As of yesterday, Disney came to the Arclight people and said 'no, you are going to play 'Star Wars' in the Cinerama Dome for the entire holiday season, and if you don't, if you honor your deal with the 'Hateful Eight,' we will not allow you to have 'Star Wars,' the biggest movie in the world, we will not allow you to show it at any of your Arclight movie theaters.'"
