Kylie Jenner’s Customers Complain About Lip Kit Orders

Kylie Jenner is still currently fire for her Lip Kits. Apparently, her company has been sending out used or empty boxes of her lipsticks.

According to Radar Online, a customer has complained that one of the Kylie Jenner Lip Kits sent to her was used. Monique Perna also received an empty box from the cosmetics company.

"We ordered the gloss and one of her lip kits," Perna told the publication. "[My daughter] got her box from her mailbox, which is secure and locked up. She opens it was completely empty! It had packing material in it, not even a box. It was unsealed."

It was noted that Perna also ordered one for herself. However, she realized that her Kylie Jenner Lip Kit may have been tampered with.

"The matte gloss part looked like it had been used," she revealed. "When I pulled it out lip gloss was all over the edges. It had been opened and pulled out."

Monique Perna called the customer service department about her order. However, she was only told to contact the post office.

"They don't put insurance on the packages so you can't file a claim," the customer added. "The bottom line is they're not responding. I sent them three separate e-mails. I'm going to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau."

Recently, Kylie Jenner's Lip Kits was also criticized by makeup artist Jeffree Star for its bent wands. According to The Inquisitr, Star could not believe that the "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" star would allow this mistake to be sold.

"I care a lot about the quality of my products," Kylie Jenner announced on Instagram. "I changed my entire matte formula in the first month to be less dry and thick and I changed the wand to be more comfortable because I listen to you guys, and I love perfection."

"So good or bad, I love hearing your feedback. When I saw the problem with my lip gloss brushes I stopped all production and changed it."
