JYP Entertaintment will hold the last concert of 2PM before its members enter military service

Fans of the idol group 2PM will be able to meet the member for the last time in the first quarter of this year. The group’s agency has announced schedule for their last performance before the members enter mandatory military conscription.

JYP Entertainment made an official announcement on Thursday, Jan. 5 as reported by Korea Herald regarding the farewell concert of 2PM. The group will hold their final concert named “6 Nights” which to be held at the SK Olympic Handball Gymnasium situated in the Seoul Olympic Park.

The concert is scheduled on Feb. 24-26 and March 3-5, before their members go into the mandatory military conscription. The first two members to to enter the service are Taecyeon and Jun. K. Tickets sales will begin on Jan. 16 next week for the members of the fans club, and a week later for non fans club members.

2PM released their last single “Promise(I’ll Be)” in September last year and followed by the album “Gentlemen's Game.” Those are their final recording session before going hiatus for about two years in 2017. Watch the M/V of the single from JYP Entertainment below:

2PM has been a successful in the entertainment industry whether as group or as individual member. Jun. K, Taecyeon, Nichkhun, Wooyoung, Junho and Chansung are as successful as solo artist. They also began their acting project and have started to get important role in some dramas.

Especially for Taecyeon who recently topped the polling of the idol member in the drama. He scored a big lead with 27 percent in the polling created by Korean polling site Moolmang. Singer who speaks Japanese and English fluently will release Japanese album on Jan. 18 title “Hitori.”

Meanwhile its member Jun. K, has also released a single titled “Your Wedding” on Tuesday, Jan. 3 as reported by Seoul Daily News. Watch the M/V of the single below:
