Even after the show ended a month ago, everyone is still suffering from the Goblin fever, leaving him still spot on as one of the most sought topics to talk about by the netizens.
The results gathered by the research institute, Rekorea.net from the amassed data on the most discussed Korean celebrities from January 16 to February 21 showed Gong Yoo flawlessly emerging on the top along with other actors, Zo In Sung coming as second and Yoo Hae Jin taking the third place.
According to the report made by the Korea Portal, netizens also typed in words like "smile" and "like" along with his name, Gong Yoo, who was also been profusely mentioned.
In comparison with Zo In Jung who played a role in the movie "The King", Gong Yoo quadrupled Zo In Jung's consumer participation rate of 400,000 making Gong Yoo's more than 2.6 million.

TvN's Goblin, starring Gong Yoo, Kim Go-Eun, Lee Dong-Wook, Yoo In-na, and Yook Sung-Jae aired every Friday and Saturday, starting from December 2, 2016 until January 21, 2017 completing 16 episodes with two special episodes aired on February 3 and February 4 full of behind the scenes, bloopers, and interviews.
