Jieqiong of PRISTIN Demurs Being Tagged As a 'Fashion Terrorist’

Jieqiong, popularly known as Pinky of Pristin, reportedly demurred the nickname fashion terrorist that was attributed to her. In one of her interviews with a news outfit, she accordingly said that she likes all her nicknames. But she has to protest this one that brands her as a weird person.

She accordingly heard the nickname fashion terrorist over the radio, reports Allkpop. "I wanted to explain myself, but we did not have time for me to answer. I wore my own clothes at an event, and I did not have time, so I just put on whatever I saw," Pinky reportedly said.

Jieqiong further explained that apparently, what she wore were alright if worn separately. Since she wore them together she allegedly looked weird and instantly she became a fashion terrorist. She further intimated that Jeon So Mi told her to dress like that. Fellow Pristen member Siyeon also added that she is definitely not a fashion terrorist. Pinky apparently is acknowledged to dress really well.

According to Koreaboo, Jieqiong is a Chinese singer under the wings of PLEDIS Entertainment. She is a member of Pristen a Korean Pop girl group. While still a trainee of her current agency, she was reportedly a contestant on the survival show "Produce 101" in 2016. The show has allegedly been attracting a lot of attention from viewers.

Accordingly, netizens commented that Jieqiong has stood out on the show despite not being at the center of the performances. A post showing the videos of the singer has purportedly received a lot of attention from netizens. Many allegedly agreed that she has done quite well on the show.

On the other hand, Pristin formerly known as Pledis Girlz is a South Korean girl group formed by Pledis Entertainment in 2016. Several members of the group have participated on the television show "Produce 101." As the prize for becoming two of the top contestants, Jieqiong and Nayoung advanced to debut as part of the project girl group I.O.I.
