Taecyeon of 2PM recently made a guesting in SBS Power FM "Choi Hwa Jung's Power Time". On the show, the 2PM idol revealed that he's currently on a diet and his date of enlistment in the military.

According to All Kpop, MC Choi Hwa Jung started by complementing Taecyeon's change of appearance, and how he looks good. Taecyeon then revealed that he is going on a diet.

Choi Hwa then proceeded to tell how she knows Taecyeon well. Apparently, Taecyeon tends to eat a lot.

Choi Hwa then added that Taecyeon is good at dieting and that he easily manages his cravings so he won't eat a lot. Taecyeon then responded that he only eats what is on his controlled menu.

According to Taecyeon, he only eats controlled portions of chicken breasts, sweet potatoes, and hardboiled eggs. He also incorporates fruits into his diet adding bananas, and more.

MC Choi Hwa also mentioned that during his filming of "House of the Disappeared", Taecyeon only tends to drink only water and no solids. He then responded how he does not incorporate the suggested "cheat day" on his diet.

"Since I want to keep my diet short and end it quickly, I decided not to have a cheat day," said Taecyeon. When Choi Hwa said that he could just eat less, Taecyeon strongly responded that it won't work.

Meanwhile, the 2PM singer was also asked on the same show regarding his enlistment date. Taecyeon said that there is no confirmed date yet.

However, Taecyeon revealed that his enlistment might be this summer. He also added how he would like to do more projects before enlisting.
