Toronto Mayor Rob Ford Problems Extend To His Family: Brother And City Councilor Doug Ford Was Reportedly A Drug-Dealer

Toronto Mayor Rob Ford and the drug allegations against him are now including his brother city councilor Doug Ford.

The Toronto Mayor Rob Ford and his allegations of smoking crack while being filmed is what he's been dealing with recently and now his brother is going through his own allegations. According to a report published in the Globe and Mail Saturday, 10 people who grew up with Doug Ford said, for several years in the 1980s, he was a go-to dealer for hashish.

Toronto Mayor Rob Ford was reportedly in a video shot last winter in Toronto. The video reportedly showed him smoking crack and realizing he was being filmed by the man who claimed he sold the drugs to the mayor.

"It's just ridiculous," Toronto Mayor Rob Ford said as he left his home last week, The Toronto Globe and Mail reported. "It's another Toronto Star..." he said before shutting his car door and driving away, the newspaper noted.

Doug Ford has never been charged with illegal drug possession or trafficking, but Doug told CP24 that he is very upset by the story. He said it is unfair and he is meeting with advisors to discuss what action to take.

The Globe and Mail reported that another brother of Ford's was involved in the drug trade. Randy Ford is believed to once be in on it and was once charged in relation to a drug-related kidnapping.
