Stellar's former agency, The Entertainment Pascal denied the allegations of Gayoung regarding pressuring the group to do R-19 concepts.

On Thursday, Gayoung, a former member of second-gen K-pop group Stellar, appeared on the recent episode of MBN's "Miss Back" and the painful confession of past trauma and sufferings happened. In the show, the current actress recalled her past experiences while promoting under Stellar, and brought up how their sexy concepts caused her trauma of wearing short-sleeved clothes because of her painful experiences.

She confessed, "I hate looking at my legs and my flesh. I didn't recognize the trauma, but I've been doing it since some time ago."

What shocked the host and co-guests on the same show was when Gayoung shared that they even received sponsorship and people sending them obscene photos through DMs due to their label of being an R-rated group.

As the hosts and guests comforted Gayoung, the former idol also talked about earning less than 10 Million won only despite working for seven years as a member of Stellar.

The confession brought back the anger of several K-pop enthusiasts and K-netizens, as this is not the first time Stellar's former agency was exposed.

However, on Friday, the former agency of Stellar and Gayoung refuted her claims, saying that everything was far-fetched and their fake confession amounts to defamation, suggesting a possible legal conflict in the future.

Choi Byung-min, CEO of The Entertainment Pascal during the time of Stellar's promotion spoke on the phone with Star News responding to Gayoung's various remarks.

Regarding the earnings, CEO Choi Byung-min stressed, "We settled the accounts even though the profit and loss did not exceed the break-even point, and the settlement amount is definitely over 10 million won."

"Even under the contract, we should give profits only when the break-even point is exceeded." Nevertheless, he provided a lot of support under the concept of pocket money. The artist was not allowed to work without pay and provided support for vehicles and meals. I didn't want to put pressure on the artist."

The CEO also revealed that despite former member Gayoung and Jeonyul 100 Million debt to the company, they still took care of them.

In the line of the R-19 concept wherein according to Gayoung was forced to them, CEO Choi responded,

"The group was initially intended to do pure concept, but when there was no response, we changed the image to an unconventional provocative concept. It was more stimulating among other groups, and it went well."

He added that they also consulted the parents of the members before allowing them to wear such outfits and choose accordingly."

"Some of the members' parents also insisted on doing a sexier concept."

Contrary to the CEO's statement, Gayoung's mother shared that she was against Gayoung becoming a singer, and the former idol also added that she felt hurt that her mother has to go through hearing other people talk negatively about her daughter doing such concepts.

CEO Choi Byung-min said Gayoung, in particular, carried out cosmetics ads without the company's consent and promoted them on social media, adding that the company was sued by their partner cosmetics company and lost. This led to the seizure of bank accounts and the company was on the verge of closing down. According to Star News, CEO Choi Byungmin was found to have lost about 80 million won.

On the other hand, Stellar's former agency also announced to be taking legal action against MBN, who broadcasted the episode without confirming their side, if they will continue to feature only one person's side."
