Set to be released next monday, June 7, Woo Yerin returns with another soulful ballad set to feature her unique vocals set in an equally calming piano line.

"Paradise" is a single that describes a unique paradise as Woo Yerin sees in whenever she's alone with her music. The track is set to give listeners a feel of what paradise is like, juxtaposed with the image of a child's innocence free from sadness, anxiety, and pain.

A statement from Ruby Records explains that Woo Yerin achieves this wonderful effect through her lyrical arrangement and calm accompaniment, further emphasizing the emotions that the song attempts to convey.

Woo Yerin first came into national attention as a participant in the fifth season of the South Korean reality TV series "K-Pop Star," which aired through SBS. While she was eliminated halfway through the Top 10 stage, she managed to establish herself as a unique vocalist.

While she temporarily went on a break from her blossoming music career to study in Japan, she soon returned as a featured artist on the song "Emerge," by nammu.

She also participated in the OST for K-Drama the show "At Eighteen," particularly as a lyricist for the song "Our Story," sung by Ong Seong Wu.

She has also made a couple of international appearances, such as the Line TV Thai drama "One Year: The Series," where she performed the song "Empty" in collaboration with Thai artist TPSM.

Woo Yerin's "Paradise" comes shortly after her single "Haeohwa," or "Lonely Flower." The May 2021 single marked the start of their new music journey - one that fearlessly showcases her vocal talent as well as her musical sensibilities. Her string of releases had fans excited, looking forward to the possibility of her very own album.
