Former SM CEO, Director & 1MILLION Lia Kim to Debut 6 K-pop Acts by 2028 Under 'Titan Content'
According to an exclusive report, four of the most influential personalities in the K-pop scene signed a partnership to foster the next-gen K-pop idols!
On November 15, it was reported that Han Se Min, SM Entertainment's former CEO and ASTORY's President joined forces with star choreographer and 1MILLION Lia Kim to debut K-pop idols in the United States.
Kang Jung Ah, a former casting director from SM Entertainment and Lee Gyeom, an editor-in-chief of the popular fashion magazine DAZED KOREA will also participate as co-founders.
In preparation for their huge dream to bring K-pop to the US, they launched "Titan Content," an entertainment company based in Los Angeles (LA) last April 2023.
In June, the domestic corporation of Titan Content was also established in Gangnam-gu, Seoul.
Han will lead Titan Content as the Board of Directors's Chairman. Former Director Kang Jung Ah will be the CEO, while Lia Kim will be the Chief Performance Officer (CPO). Editor-in-chief Lee Gyeom will take over as the Chief Visual Officer (CVO) of the label.
In particular, their main goal is to foster two K-pop girl and boy groups, as well as two solos (1 male and female artist) by 2028, which will mainly be promoted in the US market.
In 2024, the company will focus on discovering talent through global auditions. In 2025 then, Titan Content will start to release artists including girl groups, boy groups, and female solo, in order.

Chairman: Han Se Min
In 2002, Han first joined SM Entertainment as part of the management, planning and finance department. In 2017, he became SM's co-representative once SM entered overseas markets which led to global partnership and investment. He also served as Culture & Content (SMC&C) CEO, SM's subsidiary.
Currently, he is the president of ASTORY, the content producer of "Extraordinary Attorney Woo."
CEO: Kang Jung Ah
Kang Jung Ah is a former casting director from SM and has discovered members from NCT, THE BOYZ, Red Velvet, and SHINee. He went through Cre.ker Entertainment and IST Entertainment.
Chief Performance Officer: Lia Kim
Starting in 2014, Lia Kim co-represented the dance studio 1 MILLION after its establishment and became a choreography trainer at the three major companies SM, YG and JYP. She worked mainly with TWICE, Park Jaybum, 2NE1 and Wonder Girls.
Recently, she made headlines by appearing on Mnet's survival dance show, "Street Woman Fighter 2."
Chief Visual Officer: Lee Gyeom
Editor-in-chief Lee Gyeom, who leads the fashion magazine DAZED KOREA, worked with various K-pop artists and was also in charge of visual direction for THE BOYZ, SEVENTEEN, and GOT7.
