This development follows a precedent set on June 27 when Attrakt lodged a criminal complaint against Dougie Bus CEO Ahn Seong-il at the Gangnam Police Station in Seoul.

The charges brought against Ahn Seong-il encompassed obstruction of business, damage to electronic records, fraud and embezzlement, and breach of trust, reflecting the gravity of the allegations against the Dougie Bus leadership.

Attorney Eun Hyun-ho, representing Kim & Chang Law Firm and appointed by Attrakt, shed light on the legal strategy moving forward.

He revealed that ongoing legal proceedings involve the forgery of private documents, the use of forged documents, and violations of outsourcing service contracts against Dougie Bus and its associates.

Attorney Eun Hyun-ho affirmed that the legal team is preparing to address cases related to the unauthorized registration of copyright shares.

Moreover, the team plans to confront issues pertaining to the unauthorized reduction of copyright shares linked to the creative contributions of FIFTY FIFTY member Kina in the future.
