Min Hee Jin Claims NewJeans & Their Parents Are On Her Side
ADOR CEO Min Hee Jin, who was accused of trying to take total control over ADOR and leave HYBE, spoke out.
Min Hee Jin held an urgent press conference at 3 PM at the Korea Conference Center in Gangnam-gu, Seoul.
During the conference, Min Hee Jin denied trying to usurp management: "I never even thought about seizing management rights."
She then revealed that once the news of the feud between her and HYBE went viral, NewJeans called her, expressing their sympathy for what she was going through. She said, "Since this happened, the members of NewJeans called me at night, crying."
She also claims that the parents of the NewJeans' members are on her side, saying, "People say I've sold the kids. NewJeans's parents told me to tell them everything about everything unfair. If I wanted money, I wouldn't have initiated an internal report."
With tears in her eyes, he added, "I could earn 10 billion won just by staying still. But I can't bear injustice. I'm suffering."
Min Hee Jin Claims Shes a 'Slave' To HYBE
She then stressed that all she did was work hard for NewJeans, and that she never wanted to seize control of ADOR. She stated, "I've done everything I could. Anyone who has worked with me knows that. Do you think I'd contemplate taking over management rights? I signed strange contracts with HYBE."
Min Hee Jin's lawyer added, "It's a shareholder agreement, and we were preparing for a new contract due to some unfair clauses. HYBE needs to agree."

She then claims she is a slave to HYBE due to their contract, stating, "There are clauses preventing me from selling. I own 18% of the stake, but there are restrictions when exercising the 18%. I am like a slave, forever tied to HYBE."
Previously, HYBE announced the audit results, stating that ADOR's management, including Min Hee Jin, attempted to overtake management rights. According to HYBE, evidence was found of plans for such things, led by ADOR's CEO, and they have secured evidence to prove it.
