As fictional band ECLIPSE's "Sudden Shower" rises in music charts, one of K-pop's best vocalists acknowledged Byeon Woo Seok's skills in a recent live broadcast.

On SNS, the singer-actor Wook Seok is drawing attention from K-pop fans after the phenomenal singer Sandeul lauded his vocals, visuals, and height.

In particular, the B1A4 main vocalist held a live broadcast on May 28 to communicate with his supporters, BANAs (fandom). Here, he decided to accept fans' requests and listened to "Sudden Shower," the hit OST of tvN's high-rated drama, "Lovely Runner."

At first, he was skeptical and asked:

"Isn't Byeon Woo Seok an actor?"

But after hearing the first verse, he stopped the music and exclaimed:

"This person is almost 190cm tall. 187cm tall? He is 187cm tall, he has a face like that and he has a voice like that?!"

Surprised, Sandeul was at a loss for words for a moment, but jokingly said:

"No, I'm not really in a good mood now."

He continued playing the song and was amazed how an actor could sing so beautifully, the vocalist once again stopped the song to breathe and asked:

"Is this real? This is real? How is this happening? How can it be? How do I get a voice like this?"

As Sandeul continued, he analyzed Byeon's singing style and even compared him to Paul Kim, one of Korea's best solo singers.

"Right? Their voice is similar."

After hearing him sing, the B1A4 member was left in a daze and could only say the words:

"Ah, I really like it. I like it. It's so good. He's really good."

In the end, Sandeul also teased fans with a short cover of the song and listening to his emotional hum, BANAs are sincerely hoping he could release a full cover of "Sudden Shower."

Meanwhile, after her reaction to Byeon Woo Seok spread online, netizens laughed at Sandeul's relatable reaction, saying:

• "Sandeul's reaction = my reaction."
• "I feel proud as a fan because Byeon Woo Seok was praised by a singer who is good at singing."
• "It's so funny because my first reaction was like that as well. I hope Sandeul could release a cover of it later."

Sandeul is one of the most respected singers in the Korean music scene. He's not only an iconic name in the realm but he's also the voice behind most popular K-Drama and webtoon OSTs.

Some of Sandeul's most notable songs were "Slightly Tipsy" from the webtoon, "She is My Type, "The Image of You" from the hit drama, "Hometown Cha Cha Cha," "You're leaving like the season" from "Castaway Diva," and many more.
