On June 11, Daisy uploaded three photos on her official X (Twitter) account, showing her with former MOMOLAND bandmate Taeha, who was also the group's former main vocalist.
Netizens were glad to see Daisy hanging out with Taeha and mentioned how happy they were seeing them on good terms. Meanwhile, some took this as an opportunity to directly ask Daisy about her fashion! Here's how they reacted:
- "I love that you two are still in touch."
- "So happy to see you guys are still friends
- "OMG Daisy thanks for this, you two were my biases in MOMOLAND."
- "Two beauties in one frame."
- "Who else fell to their knees sobbing that their bias line is still in touch all these years later."
- "Cute, but I need to know where your top is from."
- "Girl, tell me where you got the bows from."
MOMOLAND debuted on November 10, 2016, with their first mini album "Welcome to Momoland," alongside its title track of the same name.
The group was initially a seven-membered group comprised of Hyebin, Jane, Nayun, JooE, Ahin, Nancy, and Yeonwoo. However, Daisy and Taeha joined the lineup in 2017, making MOMOLAND an official nine-membered group.
Following their debut, MOMOLAND saw breakthrough success with the release of "BBoom BBoom," which catapulted them to stardom. This was followed by the subsequent success of "Baam," a song that continued to solidify their musical identity.
Unfortunately, in November 2019, Taeha and Yeonwoo departed from the group. This was followed by the departure of Daisy in May 2020, after the idol had sued MLD Entertainment for withholding her earnings and its failure to provide proper compensation.
This was followed by Daisy's reveal on July 3, 2022, when she shared during a livestream that she was fired by MLD Entertainment.
On the other hand, Taeha remained low under K-pop's radar, while Yeonwoo pursued a career in acting. On February 14, 2023, the six remaining members Hyebin, Jane, Nayun, JooE, and Nancy uploaded their respective letters announcing the group's disbandment.
While all nine members are on social media, international fans connect to Daisy the most due to her strong online presence. The former idol has consistently interacted with fans on platforms X (Twitter), Instagram, and TikTok.
