Recent messages from LMX member Woobin have sparked speculation about the group's disbandment.
LMX, also known as LUMINOUS, debuted under SE Group Entertainment in 2021. It gained attention for its youthful energy and promising talent.
Managed by Kim Sung Eun, a renowned vocal trainer previously associated with idols like BTS and TWICE, the group quickly garnered a dedicated fanbase.
However, on June 27, KST, Dear. U Bubble messenger delivered a bolt from the blue to fans, announcing a temporary suspension of LUMINOUS's services.
This sudden notice, effective from July 19 onwards, prohibited the purchase of new tickets, leaving supporters in a state of shock and uncertainty about the group's future.
Adding to the unease, Woobin, a prominent member of LMX, shared messages that many interpreted as hints towards the group's disbanding.
On the day of the service suspension notice, Woobin revealed his own surprise at the announcement, indicating that the members were not informed in advance.

In a subsequent message just before the official suspension date, Woobin expressed gratitude to fans for what he described as a "beautiful chapter of youth," hinting at closure.
I want to reassure you and pretend everything's okay, but all I can say is: remember, no matter how tough or unpleasant the memories, thanks to you, Y/N, a beautiful chapter of youth has been completed. I fear it would be sad if Y/N were to forget us.
