G-Dragon will perform a new song at the 2024 MAMA Awards in a performance with BIGBANG.
A report confirmed that the K-pop icon will premiere another new single at the forthcoming ceremony in Osaka, Japan on the 23rd, and it's considered a gift to the VIPs (BIGBANG fandom) who have been patiently waiting for the group's comeback stage.

Expectations are high on the leader and the iconic group as this will be their first stage together since their last MAMA performace in 2015. This time, the remaining members G-Dragon, Daesung, and Taeyang will take the center stage.
In September, G-Dragon and Daesung surprised Taeyang during his "The Light Year" tour, where they made an impromptu performance. However, it wasn't an official stage. Nonetheless, VIPs were moved by the trio's unending friendship that withstood the test of time.
The three also reunited on Daesung YouTube show "집대성," where they talked about various topics and reminisced their youth.
Meanwhile, G-Dragon just made his long-awaited solo comeback — 7 years and 4 months — with his pre-release song "Power." Released on October 31, the track dominated the iTunes chart in 15 regions, with his global fans buzzing in excitement all over social media.
