NewJeans gave HYBE/ADOR an ultimatum to meet THESE conditions within two weeks, or else, all members will terminate their exclusive contracts.
On November 13, the Korean media revealed that NewJeans sent a letter to ADOR, demanding the label and its current CEO Kim Joo Young to take corrective actions against issues surrounding them in exchange for their exclusive contract.
In a shared page of the letter, the members made their intentions clear by personally signing the last page under their real names.
First, they want ADOR to address concerns from HYBE's leaked internal document that suggested "throw away" NewJeans from their girl group lineup "뉴•아•르" (NewJeans, ILLIT, LE SSERAFIM) and just start anew.
The group clearly wants HYBE to determine who initiated the sabotage, the people under that directive and to file civil actions against them under breach of trust and misconduct.
Lastly, a copy of the full audit shall be given to NewJeans.
Further, NewJeans demanded an apology from the Belift Lab staff who told ILLIT to ignore Hanni, as well as delete all videos and content with NewJeans posted without their permission.
The "Ditto" singer also requested corrective actions against their involvement in the album-pushing controversy and for HYBE to made amends with Dolphiners director Shin Wooseok to restore their videos (on YouTube).
The five members also called to protect their unique colors and works created with Min Hee Jin.

But their biggest demand is to reinstate CEO Min Hee Jin as ADOR's CEO. NewJeans said:
"Correct all serious violations of the exclusive contract that we are talking about within 14 days of receiving this letter. If ADOR does not accept the corrective action request, we will terminate our exclusive contract."
About this, ADOR's side was cautious in responding, but said:
"We have not yet received the certified email, so we are in no position to give you any information."
