BTS member J-Hope gained attention after he contacted Filipino TikTok sensation Niana Guerrero for guidance on using the popular social media platform.
The K-pop star, who recently joined TikTok in late January, has not only followed Filipina dancer and social media influencer Guerrero but also sent her a direct message seeking her expertise.
"Please teach me TikTok," the message read.
Guerrero is now one of only five accounts that J-Hope follows on the platform. The exclusive list includes fellow BTS member Jungkook, the official BTS account, and two luxury brands for which J-Hope serves as an ambassador: Louis Vuitton and Audemars Piguet.
It is important to note that J-Hope is gearing up to launch his first solo tour, "Hope on the Stage," which includes stops in Manila on April 12 and 13 at the SM Mall of Asia Arena. The BTS member has also teased the release of new music in March.
