Game Of Thrones Star Flaunts Body For Men's Health: Nikolaj Coster-Waldau Talks Fitness Tips

As "Game of Thrones" season 4 goes underway, cast member Nikolaj Coster-Waldau, famously known as Jaime Lannister, took some time to flaunt his body and provide health tips in the latest Men's Health.

"For me, staying fit is being able to do what I want with my body," said Coster-Waldau. "It's not about going, 'Argh! Look at that bicep!'"

Still, given his role on "Game of Thrones," it certainly doesn't hurt to have the physique to make fans swoon.

"If I'm at the gym on my own, I'll stop before it gets too hard because my mind will come up with excuses," continued the "Game of Thrones" star.

"I like it when it's all on you, where if you lose your focus for a second, it's all over.

In addition, Nikalaj Coster-Waldau revealed his secret to gaining a six-pack.

"For the last year I've been training at a CrossFit centre," he said. "I don't time myself like they do; that seems prone to accidents. But I use the cages, the ropes and the rings."

Currently, "Game of Thrones" is filming season 4, and while stars like Carice Van Houten is already back shooting, others like Emilia Clarke won't begin until September.

"I'm not doing the actor thing of saying 'each season is brilliant' because I have to," promised "Game of Thrones" actor Kit Harington. "It's very action-filled. Last season was a big impact season, this season is very action-packed. On paper it looks incredible, whether we can pull it off...who knows!"

"I've just finished reading [the script] and I genuinely think it's my favorite one so far."
