Aside from the Dark Souls 2 release date news, the game developer, From Software, alongside Namco Bandai, revealed new details about the game on Friday.

Reportedly, a closed beta for Dark Souls 2 will launch on October 5. Information about the registration process and the testing period will arrive throughout Septembers.
