"American Horror Story: Coven" has announced a new cast member in the form of the sassy and comedic Leslie Jordan ("Will & Grace").

First reported on his official Facebook page, Leslie Jordan will begin filming with the cast starting September 5.

"I have always loved Mr. Murphy's work and am so honored," writes Jordan regarding joining the "American Horror Story: Coven" cast.

According to a recent interview with Sarah Paulson, filming for "American Horror Story: Coven" should be around episode 2 or 3, which means Leslie Jordan will not make an appearance in the premiere.

So far, four episode titles have been revealed for "American Horror Story: Coven."

Episode 1: "Bitchcraft"
Episode 2: "Boy Parts"
Episode 3: "The Replacements"
Episode 4: "Fearful Pranks Ensue"

Do you think Leslie Jordan will be a part of "Boy Parts?" Given the small size of the male cast known so far, this seems fitting.

"American Horror Story: Coven" will center around witchcraft, and will features a female powerhouse cast which includes Jessica Lange, Frances Conroy, Lily Rabe, Taissa Farmiga, Sarah Paulson, Patti Lupone, Kathy Bates, Gabourey Sidibe, Angela Bassett, Emma Roberts, and Jamie Brewer.

Like "American Horror Story: Murder House" and "American Horror Story: Asylum," "American Horror Story: Coven" will consist of 13 episodes, and will air starting October 9 until January.

An official plot synopsis has been released, giving us even more insight into the season.

"Over 300 years have passed since the turbulent days of the Salem witch trials and those who managed to escape are now facing extinction. Mysterious attacks have been escalating against their kind and young girls are being sent away to a special school in New Orleans to learn how to protect themselves."

"Wrapped up in the turmoil is new arrival, Zoe (Taissa Farmiga), who is harboring a terrifying secret of her own. Alarmed by the recent aggression, Fiona (Lange), the long-absent Supreme, sweeps back into town, determined to protect the Coven and hell-bent on decimating anyone who gets in her way."
