Dave Grohl Goes Full Hog for Harley Davidson Anniversary Show in Milwaukee; See Dave Grohl Jam With Joan Jett Here (Video)

Dave Grohl surprised Milwaukee in an appearance for the Harley-Davidson anniversary. Dave Grohl, the front man for the Foo Fighters, who also plays guitar, keyboards and the occasional drums, and who was the drummer and who sang harmony vocals for Nirvana, made a surprise appearance on Thursday in Milwaukee.

Almost 100,000 travelers from all over the globe were surprised when Dave Grohl hit Wisconsin for the 110th anniversary of Milwaukee-based motorcycle company, Harley-Davidson.

Dave Grohl took to Twitter to warn the bikers he was going to be in town. Dave Grohl put updates on the Foo Fighters’ Twitter account, saying Foo Fighters ✔ @foofighters, "Hey Milwaukee... Guess who's in town? That's right-Taylor, Dave & Chevy Metal. Get over here! https://bit.ly/18ofdfk pic.twitter.com/9TQ1XwsTQQ"

On Thursday night, Dave Grohl took the stage with Chevy Metal, a “’70s dirt rock cover band.” Dave Grohl joined Chevy Metal on such hard rock classics as Van Halen’s “Panama,” and the Rolling Stones’ “Miss You.”

As former Runaway, Joan Jett, watched from the audience, Dave Grohl and the drummer and singer of Chevy Metal, Taylor Hawkins rocked through the night on cover songs. Taylor Hawkins just happens to be the Foo Fighters’ drummer. Joan Jett finally couldn't take it anymore and joined them onstage. See Below

The 110th Anniversary of Harley Davidson included parties, a parade and concerts. I’m guessing some motorcycle racing. I’m guessing a whole lot of beer. I’m sure it was a fun weekend for everyone.
