Pippa Middleton engaged to boyfriend Nico Jackson?  A report in the Mirror suggests that Pippa and boyfriend Nico have a secret engagement.

Pippa Middleton and Nico Jackson may have a secret engagement due to the publicity surrounding the royal baby George Alexander Louis.  Kate and William had a secret engagement too, according to reports in the Daily Mail - they agreed to marry long before any public announcement.

Pippa Middleton rose to fame when she helped sister Kate Middleton as a bridesmaid.  She wore an Alexander McQueen dress which accentuated her figure, especially as she bent down to address the train of sister Kate Middleton's wedding dress, and lead to many commentators calling Pippa "her royal hotness".

Pippa Middleton has been with boyfriend Nico for six months. Pippa and her boyfriend have many shared interests, including international travel and skiing.

According to the tabloid the Mirror, a source close to Pippa said: "It remains to be seen whether Kate will be bridesmaid.

"Everyone knows how close the sisters are but at this stage the final arrangements are a long way off. Pippa's wedding will be a huge occasion but if Kate is bridesmaid it will be even more high-profile.

 "They didn't want an announcement before Pippa's birthday because they didn't want to take the shine off Kate and her baby."

"One of the things Pippa likes most is the way Nico is so relaxed around her parents. They really like him.

"Her mum Carole is behind the ­engagement 100 per cent.

"And Carole and Nico's mum Ulrike get on like a house on fire too."       

Sunday People approached Pippa's boyfriend Nico's father about the engagement, and he said: "I appreciate your interest but I have nothing to say. I'm sure you understand."

Pippa's boyfriend Nico's mom Ulrike said: "No comment whatsoever."

Pippa Middleton was not available to comment.
