‘Grey’s Anatomy’ Season 10 Spoilers: PHOTO of Meredith Grey Holding Her Baby Boy Bailey Revealed; Derek’s New Mission Involves Brain Mapping

The hit ABC medical drama is all set for its return this month and now, there are news sets of "Grey's Anatomy" Season 10 spoilers.

Fans will definitely be even more excited with the upcoming season, with all the Grey's Anatomy Season 10 spoilers emerging online. One of the most recent Grey's Anatomy Season 10 spoilers involves a still photo of Meredith holding her baby named Bailey for the first time.

Executive producer, Shonda Rhimes, provided more "Grey's Anatomy" Season 10 spoilers about Meredith, who is already a mother-of-two in the upcoming season.  Citing TV Guide, Rhimes said, "Meredith is juggling a lot. She's trying to be a good mom, wife and friend, and this is the year of her attending career in which she should really be trying to make her mark. To me, this is Meredith's lean-in season. She's going to discover whether or not she's interested in being that person who puts her career first." 

Patrick Dempsey, who plays as a neurosurgeon and Meredith's husband said of the scene that will be shown in Grey's Anatomy Season 10 premiere, as cited in Enstars, "This is when I show her the baby for the first time." 

As for more Grey's Anatomy Season 10 spoilers regarding the character of Derek Shepard, it was mentioned in the Examiner that the leading neurosurgeon of Seattle's Grey-Sloan Memorial Hospital will have a new mission. As revealed by Greys' Anatomy Season 10 spoilers, Derek will look into brain mapping, as he try to find "a cure for several diseases that find their start in the brain" including Alzheimer' disease. Due to her mother's history, Meredith is prone to an early on-set of Alzheimer's.

Dempsey, sharing more about this Grey's Anatomy Season 10 spoiler regarding him exploring brain mapping, said, "I think it will be fun for Shepard to get into that, it's a fascinating thing. I've been starting to look at the research on that and what they're trying to achieve. I'm excited about that storyline. The writers are really getting into it. I think it would be fun to see Shepard go to D.C. and be part of the brain mapping."

Expect more Grey's Anatomy Season 10 spoilers before the premiere episode airs on September 26.
