Android 4.3 Jelly Bean Release Date: Samsung Galaxy S3 and S4, To Get Update Next Month, Announced At IFA

Today, tech bloggers and fans did not only get to see Samsung's latest android phablet, the Note 3, and the manufacturer's first ever smartwatch, the Galaxy Gear.

The Korean giant also announced that its latest Android 4.3 Jelly update will roll out to its previous flagship devices as well.

Last year's best seller, the Galaxy S3, and the S4, released in April, are reported to get the Jelly Bean update which has been released in Google's Nexus phones last month.

According to tech website BGR, the update in these phones come in perfect time after the next Android version, 4.4 a.k.a. KitKat was announced a few days ago. If ever Google decides to release it by the end of the year, then both of Samsung's premium phones would already have the 4.3 update.

Samsung's latest smartphone model, the Galaxy Note 3, made a big splash today with bloggers, analysts and fans expecting the best out of the Korean manufacturer.

On the other hand, the Galaxy Gear did not make the same noise, but hey at least it's the first smartwatch coming from a top manufacturer to hit the market.

Overall, Samsung's announcements have kept both analysts, bloggers and fans interested.
