On September 17, Sam Hammington uploaded onto his Twitter, "Everything has been so chaotic because of wedding preparations... Next month I'm going to have 2 weddings... Ah... So hard!" He will be holding a wedding in his hometown Australia and his bride-to-be's hometown Korea.

While filming an entertainment program, Sam Hammington said, "Given that we are an international couple from Korea and Australia, we are planning to hold 2 ceremonies. In Korea we will go the traditional route, and in Australia we will hold a Western style wedding."
