Idol group SHINee member Jonghyun tweets about his stolen bike.

On September 23, SHINee's Jonghyun informed his fans through Twitter that his new bike was stolen.

He jokingly wrote, "I learned to ride a bike. Now I only need to know how to steer it." Jonghyun then followed up with the news of his missing bicycle, writing, "I bought a brand new white bicycle a few days ago but I fell and the chains fell off. I wanted to take it back to the shop to get it fixed so I left it outside my building, but somebody stole it before I could get it fixed. I hope whoever stole it trips and falls."

Moments later he updated his status, writing, "...so I bought a new bicycle. The salesperson said to me, 'You're back so soon!' I responded by saying, 'I gave it to my sister! I need to buy a new one for me!' I lied to him. He probably didn't care to know. I will take care of my new one."

Jonghyun stated his curiosity about the stolen bicycle, saying, "Following this incident, I want to reread the novel 'Bicycle Thief.' I wonder if the thief really needed a bike for a present to his brother or something like that. In that case, I hope they enjoy it. Otherwise, I hope they trip and fall."

Jonghyun ended his bicycle tweets by asking his fans to name his new bicycle. He wrote, "There's been a lot of drama behind this new bicycle, so I'd like it if you can incorporate it into the name."
