Lindsay Lohan drama doesn't stop! Lilo's half sister gets plastic surgery to look like Lindsay when she was younger! Don't sigh just yet, because this drama actually true. Lindsay Lohan's half sister went under the knife to look more like Lindsay when she was her age, 18.

Lindsay Lohan's half sister Ashely, who's father is Michael Lohan, tells InTouch that  she underwent five plastic surgery treatment to look more like her big sister. She says:

"I've gotten rhinoplasty, a bit of refinement underneath my cheeks and jawline, some fat injected into my chin and some fat injected into my upper cheeks. My goal was to look like Lindsay in her good days, when she was around 18, 19 years old."

It gets worse...the half sister actually said, "I'm hotter than Lindsay!," she explains. "I have no problem saying that."

Problem is, this girl just isn't pretty. Lindsay Lohan, though we may deny it, is a beautiful girl with natural red hair, light eyes and a gorgeous smile. This half sister got all the looks all from Michael Lohan, not to mention all the insanity!

Ashley is the daughter of Michael Lohan and was born while he was still married to Lindsay's mom Dina.

Lindsya, who is trying to remain sober and is coming up to two months of sobriety, does not need more family craziness. Her mom just got a DUI, and her father talks about her in the media constantly.
