FIFA 14 Freezing Issues: Release Date Problems Solved By Patch? EA Sports Addresses Glitches, Stability Problems

EA Sports has released a FIFA 14 title update to address a number of issues, while also confirming that it's investigating reports of the game freezing for some users, CVG.com reports.

Based on feedback gathered from the demo and early access period, EA also plans to tweak the effectiveness of headers from corner kicks and crosses, the effectiveness of finesse shots, and the accuracy of lofted through-balls, CVG.com also reports.

"We're aware that some users are experiencing freezes during the game. We continue to investigate these reports internally, and with our partners, and will update the community when we know more," EA Sports posted on their website.

The release of the game's demo version revealed that EA Sports had decreased the pace states of almost every single player in the game.

EA Sports will release next-generation console versions of FIFA '14 in November, once the Playstation 4 and the Xbox One are available, and the developer has announced some specs that are being carried over.

Increased transfer budgets in Career Mode, global transfer network scouts and edit player functionality are some of the specs that will be made available in the Playstation 4 version of the game.
