GTA V Online: 4 Problems You Would Probably Encounter In GTA's Multiplayer Edition

If you have been waiting for the GTA V Online launch yesterday, then you may be one of those players having problems with the game. If you haven't tried the update yet and you are still playing the single player mode of GTA V, you may want to let a few days pass before you update. By that time, most of the day-one glitches and problems would be solved already.

But in case you want to try it out now, then here are four problems you may face right away:

1. Connection and server problems

Just like what Rockstar mentioned last week, players should expect connection problems due to overloaded servers. With millions of players wanting to try out the new game mode, Rockstar's servers can only handle so much. In several reports last week, the game developer has been making some last-minute server purchases just to ensure the stability of the game.

2. Lack of players in the game world

To the disappointment of most gamers, Rockstar announced that every game instance can handle just 16 players. If you're going to roam Los Santos' vast game world, you will need to check your map for other players. Then, you'll soon realize that there's just a handful of you guys who can either team-up or go against each other in missions and deathmatches.

3. Disappearing players in missions

In GTA Online, players should team up in order to perform missions and heists. However, you would not be able to proceed if one of your members drops out or gets disconnected. To make things worse, 'fees' to get into such missions are not refundable, which will ultimately bring you to the last immediate problem.

4. Lack of cash

In a 1-hour game review posted by Metro UK, the writer mentioned that in-game cash becomes difficult during his first hour of gaming. You can always rob gas stations, but impatient players may just dive into the microtransactions option to get weapons, gear and equipment 'a little faster' as Rockstar puts it.
