Samsung Galaxy Note 3 Available At T-Mobile Today But Galaxy Gear Smartwatch Out Of Stock In Jet Black And Wild Orange

The Samsung Galaxy Note 3 is now available from T-Mobile beginning today, as well as the Samsung Galaxy Gear Smartwatch. However, it seems the Samsung Galaxy Gear Smartwatch is already out of stock in Jet Black and Wild Orange on the T-Mobile website.

The Galaxy Note 3 is $708 at full price at T-Mobile, $199 plus a $21 monthly charge over 24 months, or $29.50 per month with zero down (if you qualify), Android Police reports.

The Galaxy Gear Smartwatch is $299.99 and is sold separately.

However, as of Wednesday morning, when you click on the Galaxy Gear Smartwatch in Jet Black or Wild Orange, the T-Mobile website claims the smartwatches are out of stock.

The Oatmeal Beige version of the Galaxy Gear Smartwatch is available. Though for some reason, no picture of the Oatmeal Beige version is shown on the T-Mobile website.

The Galaxy Note 3 is available in black and white models.

According to Android Police, the only real competition for the Galaxy Note 3 on T-Mobile is LG's G2; both smartphones share have a Snapdragon 800 processor. The Note 3 has an advantage in both RAM (3GB) and storage (32GB on the base model), as well as a larger 5.7" display. They're both 1080p panels, so it really comes down to personal preference for size, unless you just have to have the S-Pen and Samsung's customized software, Android Police notes.

Both devices use a 13MP rear camera, but LG has the technical edge with optical image stabilization. The G2 also has a significant price advantage at $600.
