Kyla Ross, Simone Biles Qualify For All-Around Final At The 2013 World Gymnastics Championships: Aliya Mustafina 5th In Ranking, Watch McKayla Maroney Qualification Routines Now!

The 2013 World Gymnastics Championships is heading towards the all-around final, and it seems Kyla Ross and Simone Biles will represent Team USA as all-around contenders.

Despite Kyla Ross, Simone Biles, and McKayla Maroney all vying for the two all-around spots (two spots per country rule), McKayla Maroney scored 57.149 below Ross (59.198) and Biles (60.133).

"I went to beam, and the whole entire routine just didn't really feel...like how I feel on the other events," says McKayla Maroney during a post-qualification interview.

"I came a long way, so I'm really happy with what I've accomplished and I'm proud of myself at the end of the day."

Meanwhile, Russian favorite Aliya Mustafina is sitting in 5th overall, a surprising ranking given her typically stellar routines.

However, Mustafina chose to only perform an uneven bars routine with only a 6.0 start value (her Olympic routine had a 7.0 start value), and received heavy deductions on floor exercise.

Stay tuned as the all-around final goes underway in the coming days.
