Upcoming Android Phones 2013: ZTE Launches Grand S, Nubia 5 Phones To US, Boast Excellent Camera Features

ZTE has had much success in its homeland as it became one of the top Chinese brands in the smartphone industry. And now it the company is making two of its upcoming Android phones 2013 available in the US. 

In an announcement today, ZTE said that it will start receiving pre-orders for two of its smartphones, the Grand S, and the nubia 5. 

Both devices were released earlier this year in China, and while it may be a little bit too late to sell themin US markets, at least this gives them more branding and reputation as a decent smartphone maker. 

The Grand S sports a 5" display with 1920x1080p resolution, a Snapdragon quadcore processor, a 13MP rear camera, a 2MP front cam, 16GB of internal memory, 2GB RAM, and Android 4.1 Jelly Bean out of the box. 

Meanwhile, the nubia 5 has similar features with a focus in photography and audio. According to BGR's report, the nubia 5 will have a Konica-Minolta 13-megapixel camera with three modes, and a Digital Dolby Plus audio. 

The Grand S will pack a 1780mAh battery while the nubia 5 will get a 2300mAh battery juice. 

In case you want to give either phone a try, the Grand S will retail at $399.99 off contract, while you can get the nubia 5 for $449.99
