Lamar Odom drugs Update: Lamar refuses rehab and is going to self medicating himself.  Odom claims this remedy has worked to kick drugs in the past but then why is he still extremely addicted to drugs? Obviously the NBA player can not be left to his own devices and needs professional help in order to get rid of drugs once and for all.

Lamar has said to get rid of the drugs he will trash the friends that he associates with drugs, so this time he can remain sober.  What he really needs is rehab because his ways have not worked so far.

Lamar Odom has been an on and off drugs user for most of his life, but being in the public eye as much as he is now has made the public very aware of his drug addiction struggles. Being in the Kardashian clan has shined a light on his problems and now he may not be about to get away with just saying he will self medicate himself instead of going to rehab.

Kris Jenner, who is very aware of his drug habit hurting the Kardashian image, is furious that Lamar Odom refuses rehab. She doesn't want her family associated with crack, drugs, and addiction unless their can be a positive message in the end. And Lamar refusing to go to rehab can not end well for the Kardashians..

Lamar is very aware that NBA training camp has just started. It is most likely why he doesn't want to check into rehab and why he is telling the NBA that he will be fine.
