Chelsea Clinton Announces Baby Plans In 2014; Prefers Working With Bill, Hillary, And Chelsea Foundation Over Wall Street

Chelsea Clinton baby plans are well underway. In an interview to the Glamour magazine, Bill Clinton’s daughter announced that she and husband Marc Mezvinsky have decided 2014 as ‘The Year of the Baby.’

They have reportedly made it a ‘priority’ and nobody is going to be happier than former First Lady Hillary Clinton, who has progressed from dropping hints to suggesting openly that Chelsea, 33, must start a family. Chelsea knows how badly Hillary Clinton wants her to start a family. After declaring her 2014 baby plans, she added, "And please, call my mother and tell her that. She asks us about it every single day."

The Mezvinsky couple had decided to have a baby towards the end of 2011, when Chelsea’s grandmother Dorothy Rodham passed away. Chelsea was very close to her and her demise left her feeling sad and lonely. It was then that the couple began the long term plans for life and having a kid was the first thing on their mind.

After a brief and successful stretch at Wall Street, Chelsea joined her father’s non-profit organization, which was later named to Bill Hillary and Chelsea Global Initiative. The financial numbers did not bring satisfaction, which she achieved while working for humanitarian causes as part of the foundation.

It is still unknown whether Chelsea has political aspirations like her parents or her mother in law Marjorie Margolies; perhaps she has not heard ‘political’ calling yet.

She worked actively during Hillary Clinton’s 2008 presidential campaign and has never entirely ruled out the possibility of contesting elections herself. Whatever may be her true calling, for now she is dedicated to working with the family working and along with husband Marc Mezvinsky, materializing her 2014 baby plans.
