A hilarious viral video from Marina Shifrin took the internet by storm this weekend. In the video, Shifrin quits her job with style by dancing to Kanye. Now, Queen Latifiah has offered the creator a job.

Shifrin made a YouTube video when she was stuck at work at 4:30 AM. She worked for a Taiwanese media company, and the video was her announcement to her boss (and to the world) that she was quitting her job--while doing an interpretive dance to a Kanye West song.

Shifrin, 25, who posted the viral video Saturday...and she already has a job offer from Queen Latifah.

On Wednesday, Shifrin got a job offer: she was offered a position as digital content producer while filming a guest appearance on the Queen Latifah job.

On the segment, Shifrin said she had no regrets about the video, which got over 11 million views on YouTube.

"So, you looking for a job?" Latifah asked Shifrin.

Shirfin, of course, thought Latifah was joking...but nope.

"I'm a boss," Latifah said. "And bosses can hire!"

Shirifin's former co-workers posted a response video entitled "We're Hiring". The video has over 2 million hits already.
