Olsen Twins Younger Sister ElizabethTapped To Appear In 'Avengers: Age of Ultron'

Ashley Olsen will star in the new Avengers sequel, apparently. The little sister to Mary-Kate and Ashley is following in her older sister's footsteps.

Surprisingly, the announcement was not made in a press release but by Samuel L. Jackson. Jackson revealed the role in a new interview with The Wall Street Journal.

Jackson confirmed that Olsen will appear in "The Avengers: Age of Ultron."--but more details are yet to come.

"I don't know what she's doing, if she's on the inside or the outside," Jackson said, referring to Olsen's character. "I haven't seen a script."

Olsen, who is the little sister of Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen, was first rumored for the "Avengers" sequel back in August.

Saoirse Ronan was apparently tapped for the part first, but downplayed them as online rumors in a recent interview.

The website Bleeding Cool first reported would play Scarlet Witch for Jess Whedon's new film. The character is new to the series and casts hexts for the living.

Wheedon has long been excited about the characters, Scarlet Witch and her brother, Quicksilver. Back in April, he talked about how much he loved them at the Iron Man 3 Premeire.

"I've got these two characters [in the first draft of my script] -- my favorite characters in the comic book, a brother-sister act," Whedon said. "They're in the movie, that's exciting."

Who will play Quicksilver? Aaron Taylor-Johnson is rumored, but hasn't been confirmed by Marvel or by Jackson. Jackson says filming will begin in March--so casting will be in place long before then.

Are you excited about this? Will you go see how the youngest Olsen does when the film comes out? Sound off below!
