Khloe Kardashian and Lamar Odom close to divorce?  According to a source, Khloe has consulted with a lawyer to draw up divorce papers for husband Lamar Odom.

Khloe Kardashian and Lamar Odom have been separated since this summer, after cheating and drug addiction rumors put strain on their marriage.  

Now a source for Radar says that "All [Khloe] needs to do is tell the lawyer to file the petition. She has even signed the divorce papers, in anticipation."

However, Khloe is not ready to "pull the trigger".  Her love and commitment for Lamar is strong, but she "feels she has no other options at this point because Lamar is unwilling to go to rehab."

Lamar reportedly wants to get help but doesn't want to go to rehab because it is too public.  He looked thinner than usual as photographers captured him on his way to a meeting with Khloe on Tuesday.

Khloe Kardashian and Lamar Odom may have even discussed divorce on their recent wedding anniversary: "She called him on their anniversary and told him she'd be filing for divorce," a source told US Weekly. "She wanted to give him fair warning. Khloe was very firm. She said she will be filing soon and she thinks it's best they move on.  Khloe told Lamar she hopes he gets the help he needs."

A source for People magazine said: "It doesn't seem like a reconciliation is any closer to happening.  It's like the situation is just too far gone at this point for a split to be anything but unavoidable."

A source for TMZ says that Khloe found cocaine while Lamar was visiting their Tarzana house, and she got angry - calling him a liar and saying "I'm done with you."

Kris Jenner recently said of her daughter Khloe Kardashian that "She's very sensitive and she loves really hard and she feels with all of her soul."

"But she also has the ability to put that game face on and go out there in the world and do what she needs to do."
