Polina Polonsky, Lamar Odom's alleged mistress, was spotted out with Scott Disick's manager David Weintraub. The two were holding hands and kissing - definitely romantic body language!  What will Khloe and Kourtney Kardashian say?

Polina Polonsky is an alleged mistress of Lamar Odom, who is dealing with drug addiction rumors and a DUI and car crash incident recently.  The Lamar Odom Khloe Kardashian cheating scandal has been in the headlines and mistresses Polina Polonsky and Jennifer Richardson have talked about their time with Lamar Odom.  Polina Polonsky has even passed a polygraph about her claims, and Jennifer Richardson claims to have memorabilia from her time with Lamar.

Polina Polonsky, the lawyer at the center of the new Khloe Kardashian and Lamar Odom divorce cheating scandal rumors, spoke to Radar Online about her alleged relationship with Lamar, passing a polygraph test.  She says she was "under the impression he had left Khloe" when she met him at the Roosevelt Hotel.

"He acted completely available and we definitely had a mutual attraction."

Polonsky says that eventually Khloe Kardashian and Kris Jenner found her apartment: "I couldn't believe they found where I lived and came to my apartment! They were knocking on the door, but Lamar refused to answer."

Now Polina Polonsky has been spotted out with Scott Disick's manager David Weintraub.  Weintraub describes himself on Twitter thus: "I don't often pimp...but when I pimp, I pimp super hard."  Weintraub owns a talent agency that manages reality stars.  He has been pictured numerous times out and about with Kim Kardashian, appearing in photos with Khloé's older sister around 2007.

Weintraub said to the Daily Mail: "Well, I mean, there's no complication with me and Scott, or me or Ray - 'cause you know I represent Ray J as well.  It is what it is."

What is going on between Polina Polonsky and Scott Disicks's manager David Weintraub? Is Polonsky angling for her own reality deal?
