Kristen Stewart is nearly naked on the set on Sils Maria - and she has a new tattoo for the role!
Kristen Stewart appeared for filming a skinny dipping scene in Sils Maria wearing a black bra and white boy shorts underwear.  She had a small tattoo below her right elbow, which is make up for the role.
In Sils Maria, Kristen Stewart plays a supporting role.  The main characters are Juliette Binoche and Chloe Grace Moretz.  Moretz plays the part of an actress playing a role that made older actress Juliette Binoche famous.
Kristen Stewart talked to Women's Wear Daily in July about the challenges of playing opposite Juliette Binoche in Sils Maria: "It takes two very particular people to have that relationship be functional -- one that services the other -- because Juliette Binoche is playing the actress that I assist, and she is one of the most powerful women I think I've ever seen in film. I'm going to try desperately to not be squashed by a woman like that, and it's not going to be an easy thing."
Juliette Binoche starred opposite Kristen Stewart's ex bofriend Robert Pattinson in Cosmopolis, the recent adaptation of the Don DeLillo novel.  Rob is allegedly dating Dylan Penn, the daughter of Sean Penn and Robin Wright, but according to an insider for Us Weelkly, Stewart is still single: "She's just been focusing on filming."
