Pokemon X and Y fans around the world have two new Vivillon patterns to look forward to!

As most Pokemon X and Y fans know, the Kalos Pokemon Vivillon has a variety of patterns depending on the region set on the player's Nintendo 3DS system.

In total, there are 18 patterns currently in existence.

A new "fancy pattern" will be distributed once the Global Trade Station (GTS) reaches 100 million trades, so fans can look forward to that. There are a variety of GTS events coming up, like the International Challenge June, the Eevee Friendly Match, and the Fairy Type Cup, so stay tuned for more fun Pokemon X and Y activities.

In addition, if you live in France, you also have the chance to gain a Vivillon with a brand new pattern, called the "PokeBall pattern."

This distribution event will occur for a limited time at the Paris Pokemon Center at the Hotel de Villeroy.

According to NintendoLife, the Pokemon Center will feature a variety of illustrations and an interactive space for visitors to learn how to draw Pikachu. Of course, it will also be chalked full of Pokemon merchandise.

Both the Vivillon distribution and the Pokemon Center will be available in Paris from June 4 to June 21. It is unknown if this event will make it out of France, but it wouldn't honor the spirit of collecting Vivillon patterns if it did, right?
