HTC One M8 Ace release date is rumored to arrive next month.

The Taiwan-based smartphone manufacturer is expected to launch several variants of the HTC One M8. And accordingly, one of these upcoming variants, the HTC One M8 Ace, will get a release date as early as next month.

As posted on UberGizmo.com, the HTC One M8 Ace release date may happen on June 3.

The HTC One M8 Ace release date reports hints that the upcoming plastic phone will be available in China. And tech fans from Taiwan can hope that the HTC One M8 release date in their country will be set for the end of June.

 The smartphone is rumored to be HTC's "Galaxy S5 killer." The HTC One M8 Ace is expected to have a plastic build and its similar specifications will allow HTC to compete with Samsung's flagship device.

The Taiwanese smartphone maker might get a market advantage as grapevines about the HTC One M8 Ace suggest it will be offered with a cheaper price. Particularly, the HTC One M8 price may be set for CNY 3000, which roughly translates to $480, which is much lower than the Samsung Galaxy S5, which comes with a price tag of at least $600.

Aside from the HTC One M8 Ace release date, there are also talks about the possible specs of the upcoming variant. According to PC Advisor, citing both ePrice and ifanr websites,  the smartphone will be equipped with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 801 chipset clocked it at 2.5 GHz, similar to the original HTC One M8 model. The device might also have Adreno 330 GPU and 2 GB RAM.

The HTC One M8 Ace, expected to have a plastic casing, instead of the all-metal body covering, could also feature 5-inch full HD screen with 1080p display. The variant might also have 13 MP rear camera and Android 4.4 KitKat OS.
