As "Grey's Anatomy" goes on hiatus before season 11 begins, spoilers on the ever-shifting cast have surfaced.

After the "Grey's Anatomy" season 10 finale, fans are worried that Meredith and Derek (or MerDer) will separate in season 11 due to their disagreements.

"Will they break up? Heard a rumor that Shonda Rhimes is gonna kill Mer and put Derek and Torres together," asked Patricia to TVLine.

Unfortunately, spoilers from TVLine confirms that while MerDer will face one of their more challenging seasons in recent memory, which will make Cristina's exit even more untimely.

But, with both Patrick Dempsey and Ellen Pompeo staying on for at least another two years, fans should have little to worry about in "Grey's Anatomy" season 11 of the pair breaking it off completely.

Meanwhile, spoilers also confirm that despite some fans clamoring for Izzie Stevens to return after three series regulars left "Grey's Anatomy," Katherine Heigl might still harbor some ill-will at the ABC series.

Currently, Katherine Heigl is slated to premiere her new series "State of Affairs," and the actress believes the series can beat "Grey's Anatomy" season 11 in ratings.

"My new show will kick Grey's Anatomy's ass in the ratings," said Katherine Heigl allegedly at the TV upfronts in New York City.

And after a fan tweeted at creator Shonda Rhimes about Izzie Stevens' return, the executive producer also made her opinions clear on the matter.

"She's probably not coming back."
